Residence Ma Vie La Ltee - Le Morne

I had a wonderful 5-night stay near La Gaulette, just 6 km away, with great, beautiful surroundings and a convenient location near the beach.

everything here felt great, it was a lovely stay for 5 nights. it had fantastic views over the bay. the location was indeed absolutely perfect, close to everything.

It had comfortable bed, views of the mountain of Le Morne. It had an open bathroom. I liked helpful and welcoming staff...

Enjoyed exploring the popular spots around here and this place served as a relaxing home base for our adventures. The staff were super friendly, which made our stay even better! 😊

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment at Ma Vie La was absolutely amazing. It had a private entrance, which made me feel like I had my own little sanctuary. I loved the comfortable seating area and the fact that it had a kitchen. It was great to have the option to cook my own meals and not have to rely on eating out all the time. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the terrace was a nice bonus for some fresh air.

The only thing I didn't fancy much was the stovetop. It didn't work as efficiently as I would have liked, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

I always return to this place because I have no regrets. The friendly staff recommended a local taxi on my first stay. The amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and laundry make this place perfect for me. I'll be back for Easter!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is situated close to the beach and away from the crowded walking paths. the beautiful views from the balcony and the relaxing atmosphere create a peaceful and enjoyable stay. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped for self-catering, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The restaurant service can be inconsistent at times, with occasional absences and lack of updates on availability.

The staff here were decent, and I really liked the extremely spacious room with nice views and a hot shower.

Who needs a garden when you have a concrete jungle? And who needs an outdoor pool when you have the ocean right at your doorstep? Talk about luxury!

I just loved the feeling of taking ice cold showers every day. It was like a refreshing dip in the Arctic.

Worst transportation options: It was inconvenient to get around without a car or taxi, and public transportation was not readily available. Disliked the limited activities: There was not much to do in the vicinity, with only one restaurant nearby.

stayed in the most amazing apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay. Friendly staff and well-equipped kitchen made it perfect for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend having a car to explore the beautiful area.

The entire hotel was impeccably clean, including the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The outdoor shower with a view of La Morne was worth every penny. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the room size and occasional absence of the ash in the restaurant, the overall experience was great. The hotel is located in a quiet and gorgeous area, and they are constantly making efforts to improve it.

We had a wonderful holiday and the host went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the location was calm and peaceful. The staff was always friendly and gave great advice. The food was incredibly good, with a focus on local Mauritian dishes.

One of the bedrooms only had a big fan, which could be improved with full air conditioning. A rental car is highly recommended to fully explore the surrounding area.
